The spaceThe suite has a large comfortable living room area with a sofa, TV, and A/C. There is also an indoor dining table, a breakfast bar, as well as an eating area on the patio. We do not have a BBQ at this time for this unit.
The master bedroom features a comfy Queen bed, TV, dresser, en-suite, & walk-in closet. The en-suite includes a separate tub & shower, vanity, and toilet.
The second guest room has a comfortable Queen-sized bed, closet, and large windows, and is close to the second washroom. The second washroom features a stand-alone shower, vanity, laundry, and toilet.
In Suite Amenities:
High-speed WIFI, TV, FireStick with Netflix/Amazon Prime etc., individual A/C units in each bedroom, as well as a selection of board games.
Fully equipped kitchen incl: stove/oven, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig & regular coffee maker, dishes & silverware, cookware (pots, pans/utensils) and breakfast bar.
Supplied: Towels, bedding & linens, paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap, salt & pepper, some spices, coffee for coffee makers, tea, dish/dishwasher detergents, laundry detergent & dryer sheets and a few cleaning supplies.
The Complex:
Copper Sky proudly boasts the following onsite amenities:
Seasonal pools (May Long Weekend until late September), Hot Tub, Fitness Centre, Games Room (with billiards, poker, ping pong, wet bar, poker table and more), change rooms, putting green, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, outdoor chess game, huge patio deck with loungers, sauna, steam room, meeting and lounging areas inside with games and activities areas and fireplaces.
The Area:
Conveniently located in West Kelowna, Copper Sky is close to everything!
Highway 97 (the main traffic route to the south Okanagan and Kelowna) is literally a minute away;
15 mins to Kelowna, minutes to local beaches, minutes to the Wine Trail and the amazing West Kelowna Wineries (Mission Hill, Frind, Indigenous, Grizzly, Quail’s Gate, Volcanic Hills and many more), local golf courses, over 30+ local restaurants, Wal-Mart, Superstore, London Drugs and so much more! West Kelowna has all the services you would expect during your stay.
Things to Note for Your Stay:
A full list of rental rules is posted in each suite in the information binder. Guests must follow all posted rules in the amenity centre as well.
The entire condo is available to you for your stay, & I am only a text away for any assistance you may require. All suites are non-smoking.
A car is recommended for your stay. Local transit and taxis are also available. Many local companies offer Wine Tours and will pick up at the complex.
We are approximately 1/2 hour min. drive from/to the airport, 15 mins to DT Kelowna, 15 mins to Peachland, minutes to local beaches and golfing too! Plenty of restaurants (30+) and shopping in the area as well. Wal-Mart, London Drugs, Superstore, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Save On Foods are some of the bigger retail stores nearby.
There may be potential for wildfire smoke in Summer. Any COVID protocols must be followed. Some amenities are seasonal only. Pool is open May long weekend until the 24th of September or so annually, subject to change without notice.
There is an underground parkade with elevator in each building. There is also free outdoor available parking in the overflow lot. We do not offer EV charging yet unfortunately, and guests are not allowed to plug into any electrical outlet on the property for charging purposes.
Quiet time in the complex is 10 p.m. All guests must respect the other tenants in the building. Any unruly behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay and a fine.
We also require the names of all guest(s) who will be staying during your booking.

No EV Chargers available at the complex - guests are not allowed to use any of the complex's electrical outlets for vehicle charging.
We are not responsible for any amenities not available due to maintenance etc. during your stay.
